We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 1:00 AM UTC to 1:30 AM UTC.

During this time:

* The Hightouch web application and APIs will be temporarily unavailable

* The ability to trigger a sync run via API or Extension will be impacted. All active syncs will be paused and will resume once maintenance is complete

* Event syncs to warehouse and streaming destinations will be paused. No data will be lost and new events will continue to be accepted by Hightouch during the maintenance window

* Realtime Audience evaluation will be paused during this window and will resume once the maintenance work is completed
